She streamlined vendor consolidation, optimized transaction workflows, and launched a scalable customer storefront to improve consistency and growth across the channel.
- Kim Holycross, Regional Director of Managed Services — Leads regional managed services operations with a focus on performance accountability and team resilience. She improved KPI performance through AI-driven insights, increased customer engagement through operational enhancements, and strengthened team accountability through structured performance management.
