Through a focused “deep, not wide” partner strategy, she increased rebate impact by 9% and partner-sourced pipeline by 10% while improving execution readiness across teams.
  • Chelsea Cubeta, Director of Sales Support — Oversees quoting, procurement, and customer concierge teams, driving operational scale and vendor alignment. She streamlined vendor consolidation, optimized transaction workflows, and launched a scalable customer storefront to improve consistency and growth across the channel.
  • Kim Holycross, Regional Director of Managed Services — Leads regional managed services operations with a focus on performance accountability and team resilience. She improved KPI performance through AI-driven insights, increased customer engagement through operational enhancements, and strengthened team accountability through structured performance management.
  • Laura Noble, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis — Drives financial strategy, forecasting, and KPI development to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. She enhanced reporting, automated analytics processes, and strengthened cross-functional alignment, enabling faster, data-driven decisions and improved organizational performance.
