Dedicated Resources to Support You During COVID-19

Logically continues to be steadfastly committed to the wellbeing of you, our employees, and our communities as the situation evolves, while remaining in service to your organization. Here are some ways that Logically continues to support our clients through COVID-19.

Logically Business Operations:

  • Client Service Requests. We are receiving a high number of requests related to VPN issues. We realize that on-site work may not be an option right now due to the current pandemic, but you can always reach out to your Customer Success Manager to schedule essential tasks that need to be completed. We are here to help. We also encourage you to check out the multiple resources available at, such as our Wednesday Webinar series and case studies.
  • Onsite Work. Logically continues to work diligently to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 by utilizing our ability to work and support clients remotely. In accordance with recent “Stay at Home” mandates in North Carolina, New York, Maine, Nevada, Tennessee and California, our offices remain closed to outside visitors. However, as an essential business, a bare minimum staff remains in all office locations to receive product shipments and execute technical tasks.
  • Continued Precautions. As previously communicated, we have and will continue to closely follow the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We are taking the necessary steps to procure protective equipment such as hand sanitizer and face masks for our employees. Should we need to dispatch a resource to a client location, we will verify they are following the same precautions.


Logically recommends discretion and basic user safety protocols to ensure a secure video or teleconferencing experience. These safety protocols include password protecting each meeting, using complex passwords that are never shared, never broadcasting the meeting ID link in any public place, minimizing the number of organizers and hosts, and enabling the waiting room feature. We also always recommend using the most up to date version of the software.

For our Managed Services clients utilizing Zoom or another third-party video/teleconferencing application, it’s important to understand the distinction of ownership of any third-party party, non-Logically managed software. Although we are here to help, it is not possible for Logically to be responsible or accountable for the improper use of third-party video or teleconferencing software, nor can we be responsible for the maintenance and management of such software.
