Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruiting across all business functions in support of the talent acquisition strategy. The Recruiter will partner and collaborate with hiring managers to fill open job requisitions with qualified candidates who align with Logically’s core values.

The objective of this role is to identify and engage top talent in a creative way to develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talent. Success in this role will be demonstrated by effectively maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers while ensuring the right talent is available for any given opportunity across our locations. The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the talent needs of our organization and guiding our employer brand.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment of candidates which includes sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, extending offers, and initiating onboarding post-hire.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted talent acquisition partner in the organization.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for each requisition, which consists of attracting candidates via referrals, direct messages (via LinkedIn or other tools), career fairs, etc.
  • Provide high quality and efficient experience for every candidate from application to offer including timely follow-up and transitioning to onboarding.
  • Develop an understanding of time to fill for each requisition and set hiring manager expectations accordingly.
  • Develop, improve, and standardize job descriptions and postings across the organization.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive markets and companies related to our industry.
  • Analyze metrics and report key hiring trends to leadership as required.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on process improvement/development and strategies that will help scale efforts for future growth.
  • Create and document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.


  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews, extending offers, and executing onboarding.
  • Technically savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with acute attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of hitting talent acquisition goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience coaching and collaborating with hiring managers in support of the overall recruitment strategy.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with acute attention to detail.
  • Team player mentality and willingness to share knowledge with others.
